When changing the default proxy profile, a dialog pops up, asking whether to
re-create all proxies for a project.
No matter what button is clicked, the proxies are not re-generated
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change proxy settings for a project
2.Click "Yes" on the dialog that pops up
3.Watch as how the proxies are not re-generated
Actual Results:
Proxies stay as they are
Expected Results:
Proxies to be deleted and re-generated
