I couldn't find any debuginfo packages with names remotely similar to what you
describe.
In desperation, I installed every debuginfo package with "qt" or "plasma" in
its name. Gdb still complained about missing debuginfo packages, but the stack
trace looks very different from the previous one, so it might be worth taking a
look at it.
Can you reproduce the problem in your setup? If so,you are probably in a much
better position to produce a meaningful stack trace than I. If it helps, the
problem was also present in Fedora, so you don't need a Tumbleweed
installation, to reproduce it.
