I'm pretty sure the problem is qgis setting PYTHON_PATH globally (google found
this: https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/139818/setting-pythonpath) so
Krita stops using the internal python, tries to use the qgis python and that
breaks, of course.

This really is a bug in qgis, not in Krita. There isn't anything we can do if
another application messes up the system.
