It is called "Create blank frame" right now and you can assign shortcuts to
that. That actually creates a new keyframe at your current position. We might
need to work on how we name these things since we have been adding so many
actions recently.
I am going to rename this ticket to improve how we name our animation actions.
This would be good to reference
