After upgrading from kde-connect-android version 1.6.6 to version 1.7.1 and
beyond, the notification sync plugin no longer works. Rolling back to version
1.6.6 on the phone brings notifications back. I tried various apk releases for
the phone, and versions 1.2.1 and 1.3.0 on the desktop. The result remains the
same. Bellow is additional information on the
