We actually have seen this on Windows, too, with the new Huion drivers. There
it seems to be a driver problem.
Since we don't have our Huion 610 tablet and our mac in the same location, we
cannot do any testing for this. And, of course, there's no guarantee that when
we've got the two in the same place we'll actually be able to reproduce your
problem.
