Ver : nightly (git 981497f)

To reproduce : Just try to 
1 switch the colorize mask editing tool(brush) to eraser mode 
2 press 'Preserve Alpha' button on toolbar
3 press 'Reload original preset' button on toolbar
for the first time. All of them don't work.

It starts to work again after selecting another tool and re-select, Or after
operating any layer functions of the colorize mask layer.
