Audio Volume KCM with blurry pixellated Text at 1.3 scale factor
When a non-integer systemwide scale factor is set in System Settings > Display
& Monitor > Displays > Scale, the KCM has blurry pixellated text due to the use
of QtQuickControls1, which had issues with non-integer scale factors. Porting
to QQC2 should resolve the issue.
