Bug ID: 391234 Summary: Joystick always detected in plasma wayland, causing high CPU usage by system calls Product: kwayland-integration Version: unspecified Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Keywords: reproducible, usability, wayland Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: mgraess...@kde.org Reporter: versin.getorixd...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 111090 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=111090&action=edit Perf report on the left, and the pseudo-joystick on the right, as seen by KDE Using Plasma on wayland (doesn't append on X), there are a lot of system calls (seen as kworker activity) (see: screenshot and perf report) that are made and lead to a constant 60% use on one of the cpus (=30% total CPU usage) to a joystick that doesn't exist (similar to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=336907 except for the unusual CPU usage part). Reproductible all the time, because constant. Using arch linux with KDE unstable repos, and up to date. Not sure if this is the right product, feel free to move it to the right place. Package versions: -linux-ck 4.15.6-1 -kwayland 5.43.0.1 -kwayland integration 5.12.2-1 -plasma-wayland-session 5.12.2-1 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
