Thanks for confirming that.
If it's working on Ubuntu for you, then it's not a KDE issue in general, but
something done by Fedora, making this a DOWNSTREAM problem.
All I can recommend for you is to raise it in fedora bugs, including a comment
that it's working correctly in a different distro.
