Umar <u...@compsci.cas.vanderbilt.edu> --- Hi, I had solved this by starting kile with the old working version, closed all files (since even if kile was called without a name it opened the last document), updated to new version and started it. It started fine. Then I opened the same tex file and it did not crash any more. I hope this is related to your change. Something certainly that had to do with opening files.
