This occurs after enabling GPU effects and attempting to use them. Usually crashes within a few seconds after attempting playback. This occurs every time so long as GPU processing is enabled. Everything has been compiled from source on my system but without debugging. If need be, I can rebuild with debugging or something and figure it out.
