Right, it was only touchpad. Interestingly, I switched to Kubuntu 17.10 with backports PPA and it works fine now. KDE Plasma Version: 5.12.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.43.0 Qt Version: 5.9.1 Kernel Version 4.13.0-36-generic OS Type: 64-bit I see the Qt version is slightly behind Neon.
