I have a globalmenu plasma setup.
When windows are maximized, the titlebar is hidden.
They usually occupy all the screen, which is the desired behaviour.
For the "Configure desktop" window this is not the case, see the attached
image: it simply slides up, without resizing -> at the bottom I can see the
desktop.
