Video recording of the hilarious spinner
The spinners in the Plasma 1) splash screen, 2) panel and 3) application center
animate at a very high frame rate and look super fast. This could be noticed
after I switched the video driver from the open source driver to the NVIDIA
proprietary driver.
Kubuntu 17.10. HiDPI setup. Scale factor: 2.5
