If I try to change the volume of klicketry or mute it form plasma's volume
control in the system tray, it still keeps the pop-up sounds at the default
volume every time in plasma 5.11.4. In older plasma versions, the first time a
pop-up with sound appears (first within each application launch), it makes a
sound with the default volume, but further pop-ups follow the settings set from
the volume control. The bug doesn't seem to affect other KDE games.
