Bug ID: 389582 Summary: Imported vector lines when smoothed (anti aliasing) apear non translucent Product: krita Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Brush Engine/Bristle Assignee: krita-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: aoz...@bluhorizons.net Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 110195 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=110195&action=edit on the left is an example of the colored background being on the layer behind the lines but the anti aliasing is not translucent and in the top right is an example of how it should look A while ago when i was looking for an animation software to use reliably. I played around with animate cc (adobe flash) and liked it except for the fact that you could only animate in vector images. I created an animation anyways but then lost it when my PC got corrupted. iv been using Krita now for a while and i love it, its amazing that such a powerful program can be free thats huge for creators like me. I got my old hard drives contents restored and found my old Animate cc animation file and exported it as a png sequence so i could import it into kritas animation workspace, this was when i found a huge problem. imported vector or any anti aliasing images do not have the anti aliasing translucent instead they are solid greys and whites so it looks fine on a white background but when trying to add color to a drawing or another background the lines have white artifacts around the black. In short anti aliasing does not work in imported images. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
