screenshot demonstrating issue on Surface Pro 2
'OK', 'Cancel' and 'Restore Defaults' buttons in the 'Configure Krita' popup
window are cut off at the bottom when 'Enable Hi-DPI support' is used
this is on a Surface Pro 2, system scaling set to 150%
