I can't try the fix for #381664 on Linux because of #387201 so I thought I'd
try it on Windows and it doesn't work there either but differently.
In DK, I do export->flickr->change account
That starts up Firefox and sends it to a flickr page saying "FlickrUploadr
wants to link to your Flickr account" and asking me to authorize it.
When I do this, Firefox goes to a URL starting with the following which is a
blank page;
127.0.0.1:1965/?oauth_token=
I've done this a couple of times more than a day apart.
Due to #387201, I can't test this on Linux without recompiling digikam.
