If an image with multiple face tags is cropped and saved as a new image, all
face regions are retained in the metadata giving meaningless face tags in the
new image.
Expected Behaviour
==================
Minimum:
All regions should be deleted from the metadata in the new image.
Ideal:
If technically possible, whole face regions within the boundaries of the new
cropped image should be rescaled and retained. All other regions should be
deleted from the metadata.
