Single button mice and trackpads are long dead, even with Apple hardware.
This is *theoretically* useful today for touch use cases, but any UI that
requires right-clicking in the first place is pretty bad with a touchscreen, so
what we should really do to optimize for that use case is to make sure that
you're never *required* to right-click to access any functionality.
