Couple of questions:
1. Can you test with Breeze, just to make sure the same thing happens there?
2. What you are calling the "Application launcher"... is this a Quicklaunch
widget, or are those apps that you pinned by right-clicking on their Task
Manager buttons and choosing "Pin" or "Show a launcher when not running"?
