--- Comment #5 from Rob <r...@maris-ee.eu> --- I experimented with this. Finally I was able to localize the problem. In my case, the problem was not gwenviewrc but ~/.config/org.kde.gwenviewrc. In fact, when any of the widh AND height parameters exacly equal the total display geometry (in my case 1400x1050), you should delete them, and the decoration is back again.
