Step to reproduce:
* Open system settings
* Browse to Region -> Language -> Available Languages
* Select "português europeu" and press the > button to move it to the Preferred
languages list.
Expected behavior:
* The Preferred languages list shows "português europeu"
Observed behovior:
* The Preferred languages list shows "português do Brasil"
