This bug is still happening with tray icons of applications.
Icons of plasma are not affected.
open ktorrent and close it to system tray
open another window (dolphin, for example)
right click on ktorrent icon in system tray
menu opens on top of the screen
It does not happen if all windows are minimized
Tested with qbittorrent too, same result.
Tested on neon dev unstable, Wayland session.
