I can reproduce this issue under KDE running master konsole with:
kwin-5.10.5-2.1.fc27.x86_64
But even the cursor keys press events are sent to the konsole window, so I am
moving the window and scrolling shell history at the same time when pressing
Up, for example. The same issue happens with dolphin.
I tested under gnome-shell and that doesn't happen; I guess this is a general
issue with kwin? can this bug report get reassigned, please?
