Thank to your feedback I found the problem ! I use a SSD and I saw somewhere
that to preserve it you could use noatime or lazytime in fstab. I used
lazytime, so I removed it, rebooted and the problem is gone !
Should I use noatime or something else or nothing maybe to preserve my SSD ?
