Taking into account bug #386678 when walking all the way back to login and
going through the dialog:

- login
- next
- previous content displaying nothing (ksysguard(10688)/(default)
KNSCore::AtticaHelper::categoriesLoaded: No category was set in  knsrc file.
Adding all categories.) ... I do have previous content though and I am passing
a knsrc with a `Categories=System Monitor Tabs`
- new upload
- next
- enter title
- select category (which is also not autoselected from what is in the knsrc)
- enter version
- license drop down does not load. leave empty
- Enter description
- Leave changelog empty
- next
- Set neither previews nor price.
- next 
- start upload
- error msgbox "There was a network error." (...)

QNetworkReply::NetworkError(InternalServerError)
ksysguard(10688)/(default) unknown: content-type missing in HTTP POST,
defaulting to application/x-www-form-urlencoded. Use
QNetworkRequest::setHeader() to fix this problem.
