           Product: dolphin
           Version: 17.04.3
          Platform: Kubuntu Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: dolphin-bugs-n...@kde.org
          Reporter: s...@mt4.com.br
                CC: elvis.angelac...@kde.org
  Target Milestone: ---

This bug started happening to me after doing a dist-upgrade from Kubuntu 17.04
to 17.10, dolphin can no longer be run as root using kdesudo. Trying the
command returns:

"Executing Dolphin as root is not possible."

Steps to Reproduce:
-------------------
Just run `kdesudo dolphin` either on a konsole or on krunner

Expected results
----------------
Dolphin open as root, and therefore all command run from it run as root.

Actual results
--------------
Dolphin doesn't run and shows the above message.
