I was gonna search "global menu" and typing "gl" into search box of
systemsetting quit and crashed it instantaneously but without the ability to
report it through dr. konqi because it does not trigger dr. konqi. Coredumpctl
had confirmed.

I was on intel HD graphic and latest of plasma.
