PROBLEM:
No "Overwrite" confirmation is given when downloading a file that has the same
name as a file in the destination folder
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Start Chromium
download a file
click Save
download a different file, rename it to the original file before saving
click Save
RESULTS:
The original file is immediately overwritten
EXPECTED RESULTS:
A confirmation dialog appears prompting the user if they want to overwrite the
original file
