Unusable Map Dialogie
In the following use-cases, it takes approximately 30-35s for the map to appear
after the first launch. Thereafter there is no problem:
1. Clicking either Map in the fly-out menus.
2. Selecting a thumbnail then Ctrl_Shft+G.
3. If a map was visible when digiKam was shutdown previously, it then takes 30s
for main digiKam window to appear after splash screen disappears on next
relaunch.
