same bug here. I use Digikam 5.4.0 on Ubuntu Zesty (17.04), kernel 4.10.0-35.
When i try to add an account to export to flickr Chrome opens the url
https://www.flickr.com/services/auth/?api_key=49d585bafa0758cb5c58ab67198bf632&frob=72157687585782104-3328f14f3878b784-70184&perms=write&api_sig=64e61d896e29bc29b5153ee438d73239,
suddenly the browser redirects on flickr home page and I receive the error
"Invalid frob."
