There are theme designer tools in plasma-sdk which make it easier to
design/tweak an existing theme. Particularly plasmathemeexplorer, which does
have an "edit colours"
We can't have themes being simulatenously modified by both the theme author and
the end user, it would end up conflicting and being confusing for everyone.
