Steps to reproduce:
1. Unmaximize any window.
2. Change window size with mouse using window borders.
3. Pay attention to the cursor upon window size change.
Incorrect cursor direction at next window sides:
top
right
bottom right
bottom
left
top left
Correct cursor direction at:
top right
bottom left
