Steps to Reproduce:
1. kdialog --title "Hello" --passivepopup "World"
2. Wait for it to disappear a few seconds latter
3. Click on the notifications icon in the system tray (or just look at it)
Actual Results:
"No new notifications"
Expected Results:
"x new notifications", where 'x' is a strictly positive integer.
There was fuck all wrong with the way the notification widget worked in KDE4.
