Whe opening the "File Search" kcm from "System Settings" the "Do not search in
these locations" is not fully populated. It seems to read only part from the
"exclude folders[$e]=" from baloofilerc.
For example my baloofilerc contains:
exclude
folders[$e]=/mnt/storage/,/mnt/NoOS/,/koko/2.0/,/koko/kicad-git/,/boot/,/var/,/usr/,/opt/,/srv/
The "File Search" contains only the two first:

If you try to use the "File Search" to add exclude folders, it will delete
everything and will fill the baloofilerc file only with the ones added in the
list.
