This sadly sounds like a problem with the xppen drivers. We have seen the same
issues with the huion, ugee and yiynova drivers, all of which have been fixed
by updating the drivers.
So I'd recommend trying to update the tablet drivers or sending a message to
xp-pen if they could see if there's a fix.
We'll keep the report open, but there's very little we can do from here, I'm
afraid.
