A comment above states that its comment was deleted based on a person's request
and states that person's name.
This is incorrect. I requested the change but this website's admin(?) (not this
project's developers) insisted on following procedure over protecting 3rd party
privacy rights.
For this reason the title is changed to not appear in searches and the ticket
is marked as resolved to not appear in lists of current tickets.
Should the issue resurface, please start a new ticket.
