[frameworks-kinit] [Bug 382073] When kdesudo Kate is run from a shortcut in the panel the tray will freeze and be unresponsive to mouse clicks until kate is finished.

There are other times that the panel freezes*, but this `kdesudo Kate` causes
the panel to freeze consistently like stated above.

*(haven't figured out the pattern yet for the other times the panel freezes)
