Please open /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ci-train-ppa-service-ubuntu-2819-artful.list file as root in your favourite editor. There should be a line like this there: deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ci-train-ppa-service/2819/ubuntu artful main Add a new line after it, replacing main with main/debug, i.e.: deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/ci-train-ppa-service/2819/ubuntu artful main/debug Then run apt update.
