When I start a readout of a VCD (VCD auslesen) and try to save it in a folder
which is not empty I am showed a dialogue containing the filenames inside that
folder. If these files contain either German Umlaute (äöü) or Persian/Arabic
characters, these are only shown as unreadable hieroglyphics.
