So we have to make sure that only one such account can be created (one that carries the proposed KVP entry). Using the account editor the name can be changed if one does not like it. We need also make sure, that the flag cannot be altered once there is at least a single transaction assigned to that account. If you want to have more than one account it gets a bit tricky.
