On any attempt to render with 17.04.0, it always crashes with the message:
This application failed to start because it could not find or load the qt
platform plugin "windows".
I confirmed that qwindows.dll is in the same place as it is on v16.12.1, which
works fine for me. I assume it's a path or other discovery error, because 16
works ok and the file is there.
