Overflown UI in systemsettings Display tab
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to systemsettings -> Display and Monitor -> Displays
2. Resize the window to the smallest size possible
3. Scroll down.
The Display layout section will overflow outside the application window, as
seen in attached screenshot. Also, moving the window around causes a trail of
overflown UI to appear, which I could not capture in a screenshot.
