Just start JuK, check the "Dock in System Tray" and then File / Quit. Upon next
start, the "Dock in System Tray" will be unchecked.
However, this seems to apply also to other settings "Stay in System Tray on
Close" and "Popup" - currently I managed to have the "Dock in System Tray"
always checked. It appears that the configuration is somehow saved randomly.
How can I trigger the configuration save?
