We need better defaults depending on OS/desktop type (non-Plasma Linux,
Windows...).
Notes to myself:
- the original code of FontSettings_p.cpp was moved to
plasma-integration.git/src/platformtheme/kfontsettingsdata.cpp
- use QFontDatabase::systemFont(QFontDatabase::SmallestReadableFont) as default
small font
