Some apps don't have a specific stable branch such as kexi or kpmcore,
repo-metadata just says none for the stable branch and there's no translations
in branches/stable/ they just get it from unstable
but neon dev stable edition breaks as it doesn't find any translations
somehow releaseme should detect this and use trunk translations
