Add support for Rotate pages option for reports:
- Rotate Left
- Rotate Right
- Original orientation (0 degrees)
This adds convenience to previewing some kind of reports.
See the attachment for example from Okular.
Note 1: This wish may be combined with wish #378618 to support multiple page
view.
Note 1: If Continuous pages is present and set (wish #378619), scrolling should
still be offered vertically.
