Thanks so far! I'm not too tech-savvy so hopefully what i say can help to a
degree
I have Intel HD 4000 along with Radeon HD 8600/8700M and the version number is
10.0.10240. I couldn't find the number in my device manager so I tried to look
it up on google. I'm in the latest for Windows 10.

Is there a way I could possibly revert back to an older version of windows
before it crashed or am I screwed in that sense?
